Since our system does not use passwords, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Any activity that occurs on the Plexo platform through your authorized email will be considered your responsibility.

All financial transactions, credit card processing, local tax collection, and invoicing for our premium services are handled by our partner and authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

By purchasing premium features, you are technically entering into a transaction with Lemon Squeezy and automatically accept their terms of service and payment processing policies.

We provide our platform and services "as-is", without any warranties. We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss due to force majeure, or issues caused by third-party infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who abuses the system, uses the platform for illegal activities, or violates these Terms of Service at any time.
